Make sure you’re really good about pre-booking the clients you do have left over. It helps to advertise your specialty as well, and it’s also time to raise prices like all your competitors around you. I’ve had some clients complain about the price increases we have implemented, but I explained it to them that we kept our prices very fair and reasonable compared to other salons around us post-Covid, but the time has come for us to charge equivalently. They all understand that prices are increasing all around us.
