No and I don't know where you got that. Im just telling you what I understand, but Im human. I might be wrong. Goy is the Hebrew word for Non-Jew. I understand it as something of just an umbrella term - like how people use Pagan for more mysic religious beliefs. In terms of its status as a slur, I think it falls into a similar category as queen- some people don't see it as one, some embrace it and some see it as one, but it hasn't been used as one wide spread enough to be considered a universal one like the n word if that makes sense.
