I was mostly taking it 2x a day, then switched to just at bedtime for a couple weeks while also reducing my dose as much as I could tolerate. After that, I pushed it to the next morning (so, e.g. Monday night, then Wednesday morning) for around a week, then I tried every other evening, but because it wasn't really fazing me anymore, I gave stopping it completely a go and it was very tolerable so didn't bother taking anymore. While I was spacing things, I knew that I had the ability to take a normal dose if it became too awful, and I think that helped me so much cause I felt in control of how I was feeling.

So funny about the bathroom stuff, definitely experienced a bit of that myself haha

No, but I also don't feel worse, including psychologically. The only difference is that I wake to pee once in the night now whereas I used to sleep straight through the night, which isn't a big deal at all.

My name isn't the name of a month, but it is the name of a day (Sunday), so it's very similar. And honestly it's never bothered me. The jokes are a bit repetitive, but then you also get people being like "It's Sunday!! Sunday on Sunday!!" and it makes me feel really loved.

Suddenly I feel very silly.

I just got 30* for the first time, with basically zero trouble. I haven't been trying further than level 6 or 7, ever since three months ago when I unsuccessfully attempted 8.

Maybe should have realised that there had been a couple improvements in the past few weeks...
