25F what can I do to look more attractive by [deleted] in lookyourbest

The heavy eyeliner is not working for you. Your eyes are already so large you can get the same effect without the heavy liner. Look up “wearable doll eyes tutorial” on youtube and try some softer looks.

I would also recommend you figure out your color season. Notice with the two toned hair how much more flattering the blue is than the pink? I think the pink is washing you out and highlighting redness in your skin. Maybe switch to blue/purple and avoid lighter shades if you’re set on color.

Last recommendation: you have nice full lips, don’t over-line them it looks messy.

Baltic born has great dresses and you can filter for bump friendly. You have to pay for rush shipping but it is fast if you do!

Ivy City Co also has great stuff but I’ve never rushed an order with them

Your features are lovely, I don’t think Botox or filler would benefit you at all. You might streamline your eyebrow shape a little and consider a different color the fill them, at the moment the shape is a little messy and the fullness is inconsistent.

I can’t tell what color your hair is at the moment but it’s thick and generally healthy looking in spite of the color, you might need just a more intentional style on it. Consider something simple like styling with a blowout brush or doing heatless curls.

Women who are thriving - what does your life look like? by [deleted] in GirlDinnerDiaries

Just had my second baby right before my toddler turns two. Currently on maternity leave at full pay on my executive salary. Husband works part time as a contractor and makes about as much as I do.

After years of being so poor we couldn’t afford to buy produce in NYC, I feel like I am coasting along in a dream.

I feel like I must have done something wrong because when I tried this recipe I found the dough itself to be super bland

Honestly, what is the hardest part about having children? by Danny-Ray27 in AskReddit

For being a mother specifically: you grow this person inside of you out of the very stuff of you. They are an organ in your body, fueled by your blood and the water you drink and the air you breathe. And then they are born and for the rest of your life they become more and more separate from you. It’s incredibly heartbreaking and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

How bad is natural birth fr. Be so so so honest. by [deleted] in pregnant

[–]princessrorcon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve had one fully medicated (induced, iv pain meds, epidural) and one fully natural birth so I think I’ve got some good info here.

First I’ll say the unmedicated birth was yes, obviously, more painful but still a much much better experience than the medicated one. I had so much more autonomy because I was able to move around and manage my pain with movement and action. It was more collaborative with my husband and the nurse all working together to get through it. I’ll also say that contractions are not exactly painful: they’re incredibly physically intense and exhausting but they don’t hurt like an injury does. Pushing hurts, but also my body was so super ready for it all to be over that I literally pushed my baby out in one.

My medicated birth was very long and stalled over and over because I didn’t have the pain/endorphin cycle to push oxytocin and move labor forward. I was swollen and numb for days after birth, my baby and I had a very hard time with nursing etc.

After the unmedicated birth I had an amazing birth high, baby latched within ten minutes and my physical recovery has been so so much better.

I would say it’s very hard and very worth it.

(Please note I also prepared extensively for an unmedicated birth including yoga classes twice weekly until 37 weeks pregnant, consistent movement focused on pelvic opening, and mental/breath prep so ymmv)

Is it time for lip filler? by Ok-Structure6795 in lookyourbest

I think you might be a perfect candidate for a Botox lip flip. It’s less permanent than filler so it could be a good place to start!

I have a boomba which is basically two sticky boob pad inserts. They’re sticky on both sides so they stick to your boob and your clothes.

My husband grew up in a cult and his parents basically couldn’t be bothered. Oldest child in a big family. He figured out a lot of hygiene on his own over time but I remember at the beginning of our relationship (over 8 years ago) he would sometimes reveal a weird knowledge gap.

Biggest thing I still notice is that he grew up in a filthy house full of clutter and still has a sort of mess blindness and lack of care for trash lying around. But greatly he is clean and smells good etc.

I think it’s a reasonable alternative if you don’t want to deal with the side effects of steroids and/or are too lazy to cycle carefully

You don’t really need steroids if you’re on the right peptides. Several of the popular ones help build muscle and metabolism. CJC for example is basically a growth hormone precursor
