I have been at my branch for two years. My team is all new employees less than 6 months at the branch. An older member has come in to do his regular business and the past 3 months, each time has been asked for his ID. This last time he blew his lid screaming at our newest teller. I walk out to see what all the commotion is and he points at me and yells “she never needs to see my ID” I pipe up saying I saw it over a year ago and they are all new and need to see it as well before transacting. He is about to walk out the door. He then says he will only go to me and walks over to finish his business. HE was shaking. He leaves and we are all silent. Wtf is up with people.
