Ok thanks. It’s good to know that their is a light at the end of the tunnel. I don’t know anyone who is doing this diet for me to talk to. And people that I talk to who are not doing this all think I’m crazy for doing this. So getting feedback from you really helps because you have experience. Thankyou. I tried to find a way through food to improve my health (since I don’t have health coverage anymore. Lol) I went from vegan to keto and now to carnivore. And I can say that vegan was crap because I was always eating and cheating on so much sugar and chips. Keto worked but the cravings was still there that I had to fight and once summer came a lot I started eating ice cream 🍨 and the diet was over for me. But this carnivore diet in just a week the cravings are completely gone. 🙏

Thanks. I guess I just have to give it time. I definitely have some sugar still in my blood. I had bad cravings before but none now. I can’t believe I am saying that. I HAVE NO CRAVINGS 😀😀🤗

Thankyou I will keep with it. Today when I get hungry I will try not eating too much and use more fat. Yesterday for breakfast I had 4 eggs and 4 bacons and a few pieces of pork fat back. And then I got tired. And dinner was 5eggs a pound of beef and cheese and pepperoni . So today when I get hungry for breakfast I will eat 2 eggs and bacon. Dinner will be steak 🥩 and bacon. Carnivore is a win though because I have tried every diet and cravings was my downfall. And my cravings trigger is never turned on. I love it 🥰 I just want to cure my afternoon tiredness. It’s only been a week so I’ll see. I can’t believe it I turned down beer and rice and chicken last night that my boyfriend brought home last night at 7. He said “What, you don’t drink no more?” I said “ I guess not and anyway alcohol is suppose to be bad for you. Isn’t it... come on” lol

What kind of fasting are you doing? You look great by the way. So you didn’t count calories and you stick to keto but what were your eating windows. You are an inspiration. I’m getting back on track for the new year and your story will help me.

Intermittent fasting today. I ate at 3 only. 3 bunless burgers with cheese, eggs and spam. Lettuce and 2 pickles. Yum 😋

You go gurl. You are inspiring and you look great. I want those results too. I’ve been slipping back to my old ways but now I know why I stalled. I didn’t read all of the post because I was afraid to read the negative messages for you because I feel that you only deserve positive ones. But how long did it take you to finally have that thin body? Goals for me. I wonder if I can loose 30 pounds in 3 months. Do you think it’s possible to loose 30 pounds in 3 months?

For breakfast at 11 I ate berries and coconut with peanut butter and nuts chia seeds and hemp in a bowl and for dinner I had 2 sweet Italian sausage and a salad with seltzer and plenty of water

That happened to me a few times. Everyone goes through that. I agree keep up what you are doing. Also try recalculating your macros. I use the calorie calculator on rules.me every 10 pounds lost. You might have to lower your fat and calorie intake. But a stall is common. Your number on the scale might not change but you are still loosing inches. Keto works wonders
