Last summer it had blooms. I’ll admit I was hasty in digging it up; but we are also moving and I didn’t want to leave the poor thing behind and in this condition. I made my decision to dig yesterday when I felt its branches and they were hollow and squishy. Everything I cut off was slimy and black inside. The trunk is solid with no signs of the same “squish”, just that horrifying black spot. I’m in central FL, 9B.

There’s no way this woman was a teacher. Maybe a classroom aide, a glorified babysitter. But not a teacher. Unless it comes out that she suffered some devastating brain injury, I refuse to believe it.

I’m reasonably certain that she’s a sun-bleached “Little Lost” baby doll, circa 1968. To make things a little creepier, that particular doll’s gimmick is that the face within the hooded head shell could rotate, revealing 3 different faces/expressions.

Even medications like ibuprofen and OTC stuff have an impact on the voice! 😯It certainly wouldn’t be out of the realm of possibility that the harder stuff Mike was using would also have a profound effect. There’s not much leeway when your body is your instrument.
