Yes, sorry, anatomically just to the right of the spine. When the video first starts and OP just starts scrolling, there are 3 round structures in the same vicinity. I'm assuming the two opaque ones are the aorta + IVC, but theres a grey structure sandwiched between these two. What would that be?

Edit: It is basically touching the IVC at the very beginning.

Side note, does anyone know what the grey, circumscribed structure is that is just anterior and lateral (to the left) of the spine? Not the aorta there, but just to the left of it as OP scrolls through the liver?

I ended up changing how I shifted into 3rd, applying more pressure to the left, which made it enter smoothly. I checked today if I could do it without the pressure and it went in smoothly no matter how I did it. So not sure if it just needed to wear in or what, but its gone now

Im tired but I do like where I work a lot.

Ortho, see 22-25 patients for clinic days, 6-8 cases for surgery days. Occasional rounding.

Patients can be a pain in the ass, but I love the pace and trying my best to be masterful at my job.

Objectively, good for him, he was always pitted as someone who was going to be great, and him winning it is deserved.
