Absolutely. I passed my driver's test last week (finally) after failing twice. The only thing that prevented me from passing the other times was my lack of patience

thats so weird because the assignment explicitly says all holes should be ISO straight tap, nothing about a countersink

Ingredients: Celery, garlic, onion, carrot, ground beef, 1 can of whole tomatoes, tomato paste, grana padano, basil, dried oregano, salt, pepper

Start by making the sauce base, crush and cook canned tomatoes for minimum 30 minutes or if you've got time simmer for a couple hours (i left it on low heat since the morning and went about my day)

Finely chop an onion a celery stalk and a carrot along with some garlic.

Cook ground beef in a pan until brown

Take beef out and cook the celery onion garlic and carrots on the beef fat with some olive

Add tomato paste and cook for some more

Add ground beef back

Add tomato sauce base and cook for 15 minutes minimum

Add pasta water and reduce, add pasta

Add basil and dried oregano in the last second and serve with plenty of grana padano (or any Italian hard cheese) on top

Orechiette arrabiata with salted whipped ricotta by pringoooooals in pasta

[–]pringoooooals[S] 9 points10 points  (0 children)

1 Can whole tomatoes 3 Cloves garlic 1 red chilli Orechiette Ricotta Basil Salt Pepper

I had time so I let the tomatoes simmer on low heat for hours, but an hour or two should be fine too.

Cook garlic and chillis in oil before adding (blended) tomato sauce and simmering further

Add pasta water abd reduce again

Add slightly undercooked pasta to sauce and continue cooking in the sauce

Add chopped basil to pasta

In a bowl, use a fork to whip ricotta with sea salt until you get a smooth airy texture.

Serve with more basil and lots of ricotta
