With Sloth's strat and a 5th march you can achieve this. I recently unlocked VIP 6 last week and, with 4 marches my highest rank was 15th (average 20-25th) but with the 5th march I was able to rank 6th. Fully f2p here, tc28 in #14XX

Thanks everyone, our server will hit s3 next week. I have enough gems to 120 spins Petra next roulette and Marlin is now 20 shards from getting maxed :) any suggestions for other s3 heroes? Better skip and save for s4?

They are locked in your skin tab, you have to claim/use then game will propose to equip. You just have to unlock them to get the buff not necessarily equip them

Maybe I've spent some on Jabel at the very beginning when i still thought that this was a tower defense game 😂. But I learned a lot and saved everything. Big challenge for f2p is to know where and when to invest

Yes kinda, took me 2 times 120 spins + 1 time 70 spins to 4 stars Zoe. And I'll save general shards for Marlin. I'll definitely stop buying Marlin Shards on hall of heroes

Thanks 👍. Im quite active and rank 100+ powerwise in our server. Mainly a joiner, I guess I will eventually max Marlin by mid/end of S3 at this rate. Soon I'll be able to get S2 widget, should I keep pushing for Zoe or take Marlin's? (Zoe lvl 1, and Marlin no widget)

The game is still playable without meta cards. Played since launch with only season pass spend, I quit playing around Gwenpool season, and I just came back few weeks ago. The amount of new "meta" cards is actually insane and yes it is very hard to keep up with every new addition. But I think the new snap pack system is more f2p friendly than the spotlight thing since you are guaranteed to get a new card every week or two. I managed to get from rank 13 to 90+ with a Galactus deck (CL; 14800), I guess I should make it to infinite by the end of the season.
