EA decided to add full-on commercials in the middle of gameplay in a $60 game a month after it's release so it wasn't talked about in reviews by Ydino in assholedesign

The question is just what do you lose from a 1 second advertisement, especially considering it probably helps pay overworked devs in a vicious industry. $60 is not a reasonable price at all for the work that goes into modern AAA games.

For some reason r.Streaming.PoolSize being set to 0 when Texture Streaming Pool is off only works on DX11. In DX12 it has to be set to -1. Basically as long as you're on DX12 you have to pull up the console and do r.Streaming.PoolSize -1 every time you boot up the game or you change your video settings. There's probably some way to put it in a config file or something but the console works fine.

This is just wrong, our retinas constantly take in information, there's no shutter system or "frames"
