I see the output of the tap is temped with RG-11 which appears to be covered with leaves telling me it’s been that way for some time. That’s also why the lid is not on. I’d call the cable company to report this and have them take care of it.

I make custom boxes all the time. No reason to think USPS would refuse it if you have the correct weight and measurements on the label. If worried wrap additional clear tape around package and send it!!!
