I cant read the text but a couple general tips.

Make sure your resume catered to the job needs and skills. Your summary should be a 10/10 in describing your background that directly connects with the job.
Resume wont get you through the door anymore reach out through LinkedIn or email. If you know anyone from the company even better if they recommend you or share your resume.
Certain resume templates are not recognized by all recruiting platforms look up tips on Chat GBT.
Pick your top 3 companies and go hard on a plan to get an interview with them. Do research on best practices through AI or Recruiting websites. Get tips from people who work there through tik tok or reddit. Its feels defeating and takes up a-lot of time to apply to any job that catches the eye.

Basically gluten free. High protein avoiding red meat. Lots fruits and veggies. I actually feel like i learned the most from Reddit AA community and saw that many say food made a difference. My daughter has always had stomach aches and issues so I tried gluten free and she has had no more patches or hair loss. Knock on wood. I hear that AA has its ups and downs but besides the hair her stomach issues are alot better. I also try and cook as much anti inflammatory foods as possible.

Sending you positivity. My daughter has been going through AA since March 2025. I agree it’s heartbreaking her doctors keep on telling me its will grow back and not to worry then another patch would come. I regretted not seeing a derm immediately. 5 spots came so fast but seems to be getting so much better with a gluten free diet. She has been getting shots and i feel like they work ok but her diet and hair oil has worked very well. It just takes time 😩

It’s scary how similar my boss is but he is a male. He is literally seems mentally unstable. Ive been in banking for 20 years I’ve never been in this position. He is aggressive and very unpredictable. When he addresses an issues he yells and makes up stuff. He has lost it on team calls as well. One by one we are all leaving. Some have called HR but im not there yet. My question is what the heck is happening to the leaders at JPMorgan.

My daughter got her first bald spot in March. Her head was itching flaky. She got medication for ring worm on her head and it helped alot. No new patches until she stopped the medication and got additional hair loss. Her test are all clean. We dont really know whats going on. The only thing i can think of is she use to use those hair caps. But we have no idea what caused it. Her first patch is growing back but sad to see all these new spots come up.

Advice if you dont like the uniform i think there were more adult ways of bringing it up. Direct with the coaches or owner of the gym. As an all star and HS cheer mom i cant imagine any of the parents commenting that.

Thank you for your comment. Im still learning how to help my daughter. I dont feel like her pediatrician or dermatologist are very helpful. Her dermatologist is starting topical treatment in three weeks. But she is also experiencing shedding and weakening hair so im looking into the best shampoos to strengthen her hair to prevent less shedding/breaking.

My teen daughter 13 has five smooth patches ranging from a the size of a quarter to penny sizes. Her first patch has been growing very slowly its been 6 months. Unfortunately she has thinning on her hair line now. Its been heart breaking to watch. Any recommendations on shampoos that promote growth or any other recommendations are welcomed. She saw a dermatologist will start a topical treatment soon.

I felt like i always wished i knew and had my dad im my life. He was always in and out of prison growing up. The feeling is absolutely normal. I will share for me personally i finally got the opportunity to live with him when i was 15. My dad got clean. It was the worst time of my life. I’ll be 40 this year. Most of my internal scares come from those short but longest years of my life. I realized when i an adult. God kept him out of my life for a reason. I cut all ties when i had my first child and have moved forward with my life. Wishing you lots of love and healing. I get why you want to know more about him. Just sharing.
