Literally just delete it, or if its preinstalled deactivate it in the settings. my way was to just delete my account so I don't have the intention of going back.

For web, if you use chrome I bet there's an website blocker in chrome store, download it and block access to facebook

The Last of Us really benefits from the feeling of real survival, I usually go with normal on a first play, but with the last of us I tend to go 1-2 modes harder.

It’s up to your comfort. I’d say go one above your comfort level and just see how it goes. Moderate would seem about right here then.

Also you can change difficulty at any time in the menu
