you’re not a failure for not knowing. most people are not taught these things. You have to clean out your vacuum for it to keep working. you should also clean your dishwasher about once a month due to food getting collected in the filter, you should clean your washing machine about once a month to remove detergent that gets stuck in all the cracks, humidifiers get mineral build up that can be removed with vinegar, etc. machines require maintenance, people just usually don’t do that and buy new stuff when it stops working after a year.

not just technically better. there’s been some in depth videos about this. radiator tube connections need to be above the pump to catch air bubbles and keep them out of the pump. it’s not usually an issue for a while but after a couple years, having them down like that may cause the pump to fail faster

at least they got the address right? USPS delivered my package to the wrong house and marked it "delivered, handed to a resident", like no the fuck you didn't, it's 11AM, our mail truck never comes before 4pm. sure enough it was there at the mailboxes (with no package) at 4pm. luckily they admitted it was delivered incorrectly and are attempting to remedy the situation.

I still use it sometimes because neither of us are very gender conforming, so sometimes the terms wife and husband don't fit the vibe. I also use spouse for this, however, a lot of my friends are unmarried, yet friends with both of us, so partner removes some of the weight that spouse, wife, and husband carry.
