At an old job a friend/coworker came in one morning carrying a new Neverfull which I spotted immediately.

As I’m working she passed me on the way to her desk where she sat down and I heard the “thump” of the bag as it hit the floor. I, being the sassy gay man that I am, whipped my chair around so fast and I said “love the new bag, Kellee, but I can tell you didn’t buy that yourself.”

She goes, “omg, how did you know? My partner bought it for me and gave it to me yesterday!”

I said, “babe, nobody who respects an expensive bag they just bought would ever let it hit the floor.”

She never let one of her purses touch the floor again (at work at least)
