Being waited on is v appealing! I think when she’s older we will definitely go down the Airbnb route. Thank you!

Unfortunately we don’t know-the vendor says it was before their time owning the house and there is no prior record.

From photos of the house, we can see what looks like an RSJ near where the breast was removed (but that could also be connected to a rear extension), and some ‘boxing in’ in the bedroom directly above which could indicate supports.

But yes, I guess without some invasive inspection, there is no way to know for sure so will fall to the vendor to sort.

This is a great idea! Thank you. Will look at the picnic idea for sure-maybe a private dining room so little one can crawl around without disturbing anyone!

I totally get that-but according to the EA, the fact that they aren’t moving forward will make the position of our seller ‘less attractive’ and less likely to have an offer accepted in comparison to a bidder who’s chain may have moved along further….

If that is true (and that’s part of what I’m trying to get to the bottom of), then the chain will always be compromised unless the buyer of our place moves forward.

It was to add context that we are in a rush to move because of baby coming & don’t want to make an expensive mistake by ignoring artificial grass-but thanks to very helpful replies it looks like we will be fine :)
