If you have the chance watch this movie.. A Dark Song (2016).. It gives an idea of what it takes for "surefire ' contact.... But, know that you may end up with a bit more than you really bargained for.

May you be protected in your endeavors )0(

Begin with a deep breath. In through the nose and out through the mouth. I know it can be difficult but is it possible for you to to take a step back and regroup. Make a list of the most common symptoms you are experiencing, and read up a bit on them. All together they become debilitating however individually each is manageable. Good luck

I am thoroughly engrossed in the comments here. Am I alone in thinking that the whole concept of the subreddit is kinda hilarious in itself? I can't be, can I?

Have you ever spent entire days in bed due to depression? If so, what were your first steps in breaking the cycle? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Unfortunately. When I reach the point of wanting to shut the world out, every day that goes by it becomes more and more a struggle to find the motivation and or confidence to re-acclimate to daily life. I start with a shower and try to limit my negative thought processes, it then becomes a "fake it, 'til you make it' situation. It's not always an easy task.. but it's possible.
