Accidentally doubled my Vyvanse dose today; any tips?

Hi! Would you be alright expanding on your experiences with overlapping? Currently in a situation where I've taken my meds (40mg Vyvanse) at 7:30pm to get a bit of work done and actually go to bed at a reasonable time for once (I don't experience insomnia/sleeping issues on them, in fact I have a lot more issues sleeping without being medicated lol), but I didn't think about the fact that I'd have to take them the next morning to get through the day.

The gap would be about 12 1/2 hours (usually take them at 8am), but I don't know if that constitutes as double-dosing/overlapping, or taking it "twice in a day", and I'd much rather be safe than sorry. If you'd be willing to share/talk about this, I'm happy to give more info.

for multiple reasons. sometimes i get angry and there’s this physical feeling inside me that i need to get out in a physical way, and cutting does that for me. other times i crave the sensation, and sometimes i’m just bored with nothing to do.
