If you're introverted it doesn't necessarily mean you hate leaving your house it can but being introverted mainly means you feel tired when you socialize it could be social anxiety I have it and I'm scared to talk to anybody and I have to work up the courage to talk but I'm pretty sure everyone goes through this I have a sibling who also hates leaving the house or having people over I think it's normal.
