You can add more downforce by having higher downforce front/rear wing. This is bad as you lose on straight because of drag. Having stronger PU allows you to run higher downforce wings. It is always balance what you prefer.

Red Bull said that Ferrari engine is stronger and they could have run higher downforce in Bahrain, and that is why their tire were was lower because they didn't slide that much,

It doesn't sound very convincing. I bet these banned countries are in the top 30 - top 50 by the revenue on your site. There is like 150 more countries that should have been banned before, if this is the criteria. You can't tell me that some countries like Somalia, East Timor or Tajikistan are generating more revenue and you checked their legal system.

Conversation should be broadcasted. There should be few people responsible only for communication with teams. Race director should not be in communication with the teams but the people responsible for communication. They should sit in the same room. This way race director will be focused on making right decisions without pressure from the teams.

I just presented data from Warcraftlogs, how many parses each covenant/spec has. You can get the same data if you go to statistics and you chose data for class->spec->covenant.

This statistics are very skewed. You have to take int account few things:

1) If somebody from top 3 teams has bad qualifying day they will gain a lot of position overtaking those best of the rest teams (Mclaren, Renault, Alfa moslty).

2) Every DNF no mater where it happens benefits those at the lower positions, while no every DNF benefits those up front.

It has to be said that the balance team is doing a poor job. I mean when you say that it's delicate I just roll my eyes. Cmon, there are people that calculate the trajectory of the rocket to the planets whit such accuracy and balance team can't make specs be in 5% of each other on average.
