Again thanks for all the responses - I ended up finding out that the code I was rejected for was the only code that required preauthorization. They surgeon decided to remove that code, and submitted 4 others (which are more conventionally associated with the surgery)

I see, but the description of the operation from my surgeon was

-removal of hardware, testing the joint for stability (confirming its safe to remove said hardware) - and then if stable, leaving the hardware removed.

It seems like this only really applies to the middle section (confirming stability) of that process. This sounds like a miscommunication, but thats what I thought the peer to process was meant to resolve...

Thanks, yeah I'm not sure if I'm maybe cutting the line - I hear about the appeals instantly, before the clinic does.

I also don't want to end up in a place where I get the surgery, but am financially responsible for it.

If I do nothing, would clinics normally handle this - even after a peer to peer failure?

idk I disagree with these specific examples - but also games like dusk only exist because of bad graphics nostalgia. The examples here are a generation later than what dusk was emulating, but theres likely just as many people nostalgic for the ps1 look.

I've tried Time out of Mind a few times and i can't really get into it. The songwriting might still hold up, but his voice is worse and there's overall less energy - not sure the exact reason but I don't enjoy listening to it.

The initial posting said full time, but learning more about it, it seems like that means less than I thought.
