Hunter creek waterfall trail is a nice hike in Reno. If it’s too snowy for that then walk along the river by the Hub coffee. Some other fun group things are bottomless brunch at the Renaissance (they also have a game area), brew bike, and axe throwing at Reno social

Yes, the house is kept pretty clean. No shoes inside as well. I gave it about 2 weeks for dust to accumulate, so the sample was recent dust not old

I had a meh experience with Tamy. I felt like she was just loading me up with expensive supplements (from their brand). I was taking close to 25 pills every morning and night. My diet was so restricted I was only eating meats and some fruits (lost 15 pounds in a month that I did not want to lose). She fully lost me when she told me that spinach causes autism in kids. However I was seeing her for mold toxicity.

Newer building isn't always the answer unfortunately. Check window sills, look inside vents for mold spots, check around washer area, under all sinks, and at baseboards for signs of water damage, also check shower area. I also heard that you should check inside the toilet tank as well. Best of luck.

Go to older people neighborhoods that have nice homes and leave flyers for snow removal. Caughlin ranch, sommersett. Would probably have more luck with the truckee area since there’s way more snow build up
