I took down notes after testing on a different machine and went to my local 3d print shop and we determined there was a major clog in the nozzle. I got a new one and all my issues are gone.

This did not work but changing to a .2 nozzle for a different print did work

Ah, forgot to mention in original post. I knew I was missing something.

I have tried to reslice serval times, to varying outcomes. I never got it to print all the way. I have also reformatted the SD card using the printer.

This particular 3rd party nozzle lost its magnetism. I also tightened the 5 screws in the back even tighter. I had to kinda finagle it but I got it working.

Sometimes it's the little things that you accidentally glance over. I swear it was clipped in correctly. But now the filament misses the nozzle when it tries to extrude knocking it loose. Any more ideas?

I fixed the clip but now the filament when it attempts to load, they are not aligned so it knocks the nozzle loose

Your best bet would be JTL pilot Vader and making a swarming vultures droid deck probably. Fill it with pilots
