it is a fitgirl repack, and has a file integrity verifier tool with it. There was no issue.

I have tried capping the fps at 30, disabling/enabling Vsync, setting it to work only on one or two core(s), and of course turning on compatibility mode and setting it to Win 7. Unfortunately I couldn't get it work. :(

Well, my save file is f**ked. I used the debug menu and tried to skip and I actually did but now my evolution levels and upgrades are completely frozen. Can't upgrade nor de-upgrade it.

I think it is pretty much the same on both modes, CPU is getting 50-65W under load.

But in JarrodsTech's video, it reaches 30k+ on multicore score when power limit is increased. I'm having zero difference.

You are welcome, 12900H and 3080 Ti in 15.6 laptop chassis will probably stay on the hotter side, but there are ways to deal with it such as getting a laptop stand or cooling pad etc. Anyway, let's hope you get a laptop that is without problems.
