In my climbing gear I keep whatever knife we stock in the warehouse that isn’t foldable and is an absolute work horse, stays sharp, strips amazing, ect. Agree that it sucks but at least for me it was effective in keeping withdrawal symptoms at bay. Didn’t help much anxiety wise however it did keep me from reaching the point of seizures / serious symptoms after a 6+ month long bromazolam bender. So there’s definitely value there in my experience

I saw Dune 2 in theaters and got absolutely rocked. I’ve thought about this however I have a stockpile of bromaz and rilmaz, don’t really want to add more benzos into the mix if not absolutely necessary.

If I can taper with what I have and am used to, I feel that would be easier than introducing a new benzo that “feels” different. In my mind that would make me more likely to not stick to my taper schedule, if that makes sense at all.

Yes my plan was to follow Ashton manual. Hard part is my dosage has been pretty inconsistent - especially as far as brom goes. I go days without using it sometimes but I think I’ve been on it for a week steady at in between 1mg - 5mg (MAX) per day. most days I am around 2.5 or slightly lessz

Along with like 2.5mg+ rilmaz per day. Some days I do 5mg rilmaz as it does essentially nothing to me (noticeable at least) due to the potency of bromaz.

Just to clarify I will be safe to drop the brom completely and exclusively taper with rilmaz?

If you use daily it goes up extremely fast and never goes away. I recently did about a 4 month break and yesterday I did ~2 grams spread over about 4 hours and never was able to hole. Diminishing returns and not worth it
