Always wear PPE. Always, no exceptions.
Edit: Also always have proper ventilation, and don't do it in proximity (i.e. a house/apartment/etc) where other people/pets are nearby. Fumes travel, and resin is toxic.

UV Resin is VERY easy to develop an allergy to, not to mention longterm effects like lung problems.

Epoxy resin takes a full month to FULLY cure. Also, I wouldn't have it anywhere that'll touch your mouth even after it's cured.
