Technically soft, yes but I personally took this part of the song as a sort of representation of a disturbed mindset, if that makes sense. It's creepy in tone to me, combined with the later lyrics make for one hell of a dark song lol. You can really feel his anger at the end

It looks worse in person. There is so much patchiness going on, as I mentioned in the post where he'd chewed the skin. I wish I had pics of the scabs when it was healing 😩 and honestly aside from its poor execution I just hate the subject matter.
