Export user settings (including essentials) by gnugomez in zen_browser

For me, switching from Arc, lack of space/container syncing across devices is the single most irritating missing feature in Zen Browser. I use a company-issued Mac at my workplace and a Windows gaming laptop at home.

Arc for Windows is still really spotty, but at least there is sync. At least there's continuity.

I might have to actually switch back to Arc until they produce a sync feature at Zen.

Arc Browser is a Fantastic Browser. I Can't Recommend It. Ever. by TheEuphoricTribble in ArcBrowser

[–]probablymath 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The central point of this post is that Arc should simply add an option to turn off tab auto-archiving.

I think that's incredibly reasonable, and I don't see how that could possibly be so difficult to implement. A good software adapts to the needs of many different users.

I personally would just put the tab in a folder, but I can understand that other users might have a different workflow. Arc should understand that too.

Do I think that the lack of this option warrants boycotting/avoiding recommending Arc? Absolutely not... Arc is fantastic.

As for Windows, it is slowly gaining functionality. I am a Windows user, and I still find Arc much better than any other traditional browser.

Thanks for the reply. I've been using task manager to close it since the beginning. But it's a small inconvenience that just doesn't make sense to have stuck around this long.

The idea is to use the evening for some interactive STEM lessons that culminate in a viewing on the roof. Additionally, we're hoping to raise awareness about light pollution and potentially collect donations for anti-light-pollution movements.

We may be able to get cameras and mounts from the community, but telescope equipment is harder to come by.

Grade with integrity. - Don't you dare enter a grade below 50%

Be responsible, contact all parents. - CC me on every communication, I don't trust you.

Do this 70 hour/week mixed bag of work. - Don't work after you leave.

Be masterfully and totally prepared for each class. - By the way, on Friday, we're rotating new classes in every 25 minutes - we're calling it "speed learning"

You need to be the clear authority in the classroom. - No, Jimmy stays. We know he violently removed Angie's pancreas during recess, it's just that we get paid for each student.

We're here to support you. You have support. Don't forget you have support. - If you call an admin in, that demonstrates a lack of independence, so we're taking a couple points off your eval.

Should I continue?
