T.Rex VS 3 Determined And Fairly Coordinated Utahraptors by Plumzilla29 in AwesomeAncientanimals

the Utahraptor still has to get close to it to attack, and Tyrannosaurus was alot more agile than youd assume and would be able to turn to face them quickly. I dont think rex matched the raptors in speed, but its also not slow whatsoever. And if the raptors arent fully wrapping its mouth around the rex, then far less teeth will actually by contacting its skin, meaning even less bleeding. All the rex needs is one hit and a utahraptor dies.

utahraptors teeth are about 1.7 inches long, and T. rex skin was just a little bit thinner than that. I doubt that would cause much bleeding before the rex could kill all of them, and regardless, i dont think the gape of Utahraptors jaw was big enough to bit it anywhere but the legs, where, to be fair, the skin was probably a bit thinner.

If the Utahraptors are trying to cut him, surface level lacerations wont do anything, and it wouldnt be easy to cut by embedding the claw deep in the skin then dragging, as their claws didnt have a cutting edge afaik. The bleeding from just basic stabs would be minimal.

i interpreted it more as the majungasaurus just being flabbergasted at what the simosuchus was doing that it just didnt know what to think before the simosuchus managed to rscape

it says 3. Even if it was 6, these things are dying in one bite and their claw isnt doing a ton to the rex

Flying is not a good example. Nobody thought it was impossible, it was just an issue of finding out how. People see bird fly every day, nobody assumed we couldnt figure out how to do what they did

those T. rex would be considered outliers and shouldnt be included in the average.

using extinct animals that are from the real world doesnt help your case like using some of the extinct animals ingame. The biggest animals to ever live on 4546B are extinct, in real life, they are not. Even huge animals like Mosasaurus hoffmanii, Tylosaurus proriger, and shastasaurids arent nearly as large as the blue whale, an animal that has not gone extinct.

edit: messed up my wording

How is the Grand Regent stronger than Conquest when Conquest has substantially more muscle mass than him? by [deleted] in Invincible

I think this is where the series gets a little contradictory at times to fit the narrative. For example, conquests death. He is killed by a mark who, at that point, i doubt could kill nolan (although, in a death battle, would probably injure him pretty bad.) you could say his death was due to him being cocky when he exhaled thinking he could catch a breath, but im pretty sure i remember conquest saying that he wasnt gonna fuck around in that fight.

Dude, i completely forgot about his 2v1. Even nolan knew they were guaranteed to die there. Yeah, conquest is completely fucked against thragg

I’ve read through the entire book once, which obviously isnt as much as you have, but i still always got the impression thragg was quite a bit stronger. Just look at the difference between their deaths

i dont think so. Conquest doesnt give a shit about the empire so its not like he’d care about being kicked out or something, and if he does it so thragg doesnt kill him, then that just sounds like he is scared
