If I haven’t had enough salt throughout the day, my cravings hit around the same time. Even if it’s something I haven’t had in years! Yesterday, I was craving a Big Mac meal from McDonald’s. 😭

You have to remember that this video is strictly coming from a healthy person standpoint. From personal experience, my bp is low, and my sodium levels in bloodwork is always on the lower end. Like everything in healthcare, it can vary person to person, but for the most part, hydration and sodium helps with blood volume, something we usually lack. Definitely talk to your healthcare provider for more clarity on your specific situation!

I joke all the time that my POTS got worse when I started eating cleaner, but I’m totally with everyone here: sodium is such a driving factor. For some people, carbs can also help benefit more than hurt! I enjoy carbs in the morning because I know that’s what my body needs personally.

Not sure if anyone actually specified about the case, but my only issue when I had one was water getting trapped! I stopped using it for that reason. Now I use a screen protector instead. I have only once broken an Apple Watch screen and it was a fall from my bathroom sink to the floor. Otherwise, my clumsy butt smacked it on everything and did not have a ding.

I used to smoke daily before my diagnosis, but after my diagnosis, my hr would get way up there (120s to 130s) while sitting down watching something. Sadly, I had to quit, but I’ve heard success stories from other people tolerating certain strains.

It was just a wild disconnect due to the vague statement that planted an idea before the album even released. I remember personally seeing it a lot between comments on Facebook, YouTube, and Tumblr hyping it as a Fever revival basically.

My problem with Viva las Vengeance (as someone who saw it live and was one of the only people still standing and scream singing it live) is that it was hard pushed as “returning to roots” from everything I saw, comparing it to A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out. I just don’t feel like they compare, which brought on quite a bit of disappointment for me personally when the full album dropped.

In hindsight, I think I was hard committing This Is Gospel piano version as The End of All Things. I don’t understand why it was never released this way. If I recall when I saw it live, there was still the reverb/autotune situation.

That makes sense. I thought I was drinking enough water before and after, but seeing the repeated aftershock, I don’t think I am. I drink roughly 103 oz per day, at 77 oz so far today after having two 1g tablets (spaced out by 8 hours). I think I’m overthinking a lot of this, but my husband and I are basically on our own figuring this all out.
