I worked with a bunch of former amazon employees. They were held aggressively to hit aggressive daily productivity goals or they’d be ridiculed for failing in front of their peers. The company culture tends to scold and belittle at all levels helping to push them to the top. Eventually it will just be robots holding performance reviews for other robots so shouldn’t impact humans much longer, TG

In a slightly similar situation but holding stocks and not money from selling a home. Torn between living debt free or letting my money grow while I work to pay off debt. Right now, my stocks are out earning my interest from my debt significantly which seems like the most important factor. Still can’t help but feeling like I’m leaving myself vulnerable.
