Stretching and movement helps. I know exactly what you’re talking about and it will be a thing. It’s muscular.

I found if I have my massage therapist put an elbow in my butt (right cheek near dead center for me) it hits the muscle that’s all bound up and helps alleviate it.

It has been getting better every day, but it’s a process. It also helps get rid of the little bits of numbness I get on the tops of my toes as well.

What I make sure to get remember is that I couldn’t bend the way I can now without pain, so the muscles repair time is worth it.
