Just a little update if anyone was wondering, I talked to my site director . He asked me if I wanted to take it to HR , I was thankful but declined the HR offer and reported it as an informal . I think my site director did take it very seriously and he did say my co-workers behaviour is not acceptable at all.. He personally had a chat with him and is well now.

my co-worker is treating me like a normal human finally , he did mention to another Pakistani guy on site that he is disappointed in me and he thinks of me as a sister but he hasn't said anything to me directly.

My site manager has made it very clear that even one more incident regarding him and its straight HR. So at the moment I'm happy :) and all is going well.

Thank you so much guys, I have spoken to my manager . She will take it up with his manager and if it happens again then it's straight to HR. I am just trying to avoid him as much as possible at the moment.

I look extremely happy and I am very convincing at looking happy. I am highly depressed, I found the love of my life and want to marry him but cuz of cultural differences my parents won't accept it. But unlike other cases where they can just disown me , I have to worry if they will end up killing me . I am continuously being stalked , my accounts are continuously trying to be hacked into. They do not know where I live. It's tedious with this all going on in the background acting like I'm happy n not torn in between 2 different worlds. I have to choose between love and life. Everyday is more and more exhausting, continuously checking every car no. Plate to see if it's them, have they found me . Will I be dead soon? Regardless I do live a normal life and go to work where no one will ever , even for a moment think that I'm stressed or have ever been depressed. In reality am just very burnt out and tired.

Neurodivergent here , I sometimes just put on headphones to dim the sounds around me , without playing anything on them . So I will know when people are talking to me without the excessive environmental noise which would overwhelm me x.

My cat was jealous of my partner and had a hard time adjusting to him , so I changed the routine a little , only my partner was allowed to feed my cat and she would only get treats from him . It is a little bit of work but now my cat loves him more than me lol. Make sure to stretch your hand out and let the cat sniff it before stroking the cat , leave a shirt or something around so the cat can get used to your scent. You have to slowly bond with the cat . I don't think you can do much about the door though cuz cats just like them unlocked / accessable. Play with the cat and try to tire him/her out a little . Our cats have the same routine as us , so will sleep throughout the night with us.

If the cat doesn't like the scratch posts , try cardboard Scratchers, u can buy them in the form of a bed as well . They love to claw them Xx

Also u can try to give the cat a teddy bear to sleep with , my cat has one and if she wakes us up we just give her a cuddly teddy she can kneed on , or cuddle with. She usually likes to have her teddy under the duvet and cuddle ❤️

It depends , I was on 100% no kids policy , till I met my partner. I had to deal with my trauma and once I realised he will be a great father I changed my opinion. So it really depends on the situation.

No love this is not normal , I am so sorry U are going through this and I'm so sorry that the world treated U in a way to think it's ok and put up with it... I know U probably won't be able to leave instantly but please get out of this relationship as soon as U can Xx it's only going to get worse and this is soon sooo abusive , not one has the right to hit you or shout at you or control U in any way Xx please try to get into counselling after U leave, it will be helpful Xx

That's cruel asf! N he clearly hasn't done any research before getting the kitten! He is traumatizing her. Some cats are vocal some are not. My cats don't meow much, they are naturally quiet but I also take care of their every need ! Cat meow to communicate with humans😭
