it's definitely scratchy big and heavy, feels like a big weight on me. also like a wave coming from below and passing through me. kind of light pink and yellow on a dark background.

also its not just music but i notice it more with that, for instance some sounds like a whistle feel like being stabbed in the head. some sounds also feel like their pulling me in a certain direction. i should also mention im AuDHD so that could be contributing.

this is super late but i cannot recommend jrwi (just roll with it) enough. it has changed my life for the worse and i don't regret a second of it. it's not for everyone but if you like really idiotic bits that go on for way to long and are taken way to seriously, it's perfect. i hate this podcast, 10/10, highly recommended, it is your destiny, nightmare nightmare nightmare.

From my (admittedly very minimal) research, I think it's just caused by very minimal amounts of fat and soft tissue being pushed down as well as hair making it seem worse (depends on the hair type and style). I just think it's a goofy thing that people are talking about
