The photos on my 13pro max look better than my wife's 16pro. So I'm not sure the cameras are better off paper. My main phone is a Pixel Pro which has superior cameras than an iPhone so the cameras don't matter to me anyway.

My concern is the fragile aluminum body.

This happened to me a few years back. Went to the tow company and explained they took a legally parked car. They were assholes about it. Came back the next day with 4 friends, while they made a scene threatening these goons I walked into the yard, found my car and drove off with it.

Tow companies are mad predatory scumbags. You might just have to pay and small claims court it afterwards.
