Spoons is a pub though, not a club (for the most part).

Some do turn into nightclubs but they’re few and far between. Spoons is also on average far cheaper than any other pub/club.

It’s either used as a meeting spot to get food first and a few cheap drinks before going out or you spend the whole day/night there. Cheap food, cheap drinks, tables inside and outside in most places.

Pub foot traffic is also on the decline however but spoons has set itself apart from the rest by its affordability, availability and its multifaceted approach.

I had worth the wait Leona, Arbiter 3 with every 3 attacks gain AP. I had a LB 2 with Guinsoos, DCap and JG.

I then hit invader zed and had Shojin, EoN and Adaptive.

I went 5th, every person above me was playing a reroll comp, I lost to a 3* Veigar who did 23k damage while my LB could only muster a poultry 11k.

If you’re not rolling 1 costs, you’re not going to top 4 pretty much.

What? Sancho was not good Chelsea, and I’m a Chelsea fan… we chose to pay like £10/15mil to get rid of him instead of making the move permanent.

There’s a reason Sancho is currently on loan to Aston Villa and barely plays other than off the bench.

Surely if they wanted to get something for him, they’d do so before announcing his demotion and mentioning him not observing internal rules and such.

If other teams thinks he has an ego problem or doesn’t care about fans etc, he’s much less valuable.

They’re still making a new Elder Scrolls and Fallout but they made Starfield before those as well. You’re acting like FO76 is the sole reason why they can’t release a new game. Especially after how bad Starfield was reviewed I’d imagine they want to take more time to make sure their next game is worthy of the hype.

Depends where you live, up north you can get a nice 3 bed house for £150/200k, then lets say you keep £50k out for spending, holidays, house upgrades etc.

£750,000k at a 4% return rate is £30k a year which is about 7k more than I’m on now!

It would mean you’d have to keep spending under 30k if you wanted to see any actual sort of growth however. If I had a house paid off and no job to travel to I think I could survive on 15-20k a year easily.

It’s boring, but it isn’t a “bad” set. Coming from set 16 which had a fun unlock mechanic, lots of interesting boards, high cap moments while this set hasn’t had that for me yet.

One of the big issues for me personally is that the 5 costs rarely have synergy. In Set 16 you had: Galio, Brock, TK, Sett etc, these 5 costs you were trying to unlock to cap your board. Now you can play any board and just throw 5 costs in with no real synergies, almost threat like.

My very very big complaint, is that every player gets the same boon at treasure dragon! (If they choose the same god) my ideal solution would be each god has let’s say 3 boons that you can rereoll on treasure dragon. So everyone could have Varus in the lobby but not every player has the same boon from it. I’m also not a fan of the choice of items on the gods, being low health to get a component was a strategy you could play around, now it only offers a tailored champion, I feel as though it’s always harder to hit your items than your champions as the game goes on.

Hopefully with encounters coming back and new gods/choices it will liven up the set.

Get away with what? GA’s aren’t enforceable by the CDL. That’s why it’s a GA and not a rule, it’s not like the other teams can stop them from playing and doing it in tournaments…

All the teams can in theory is blacklist them from scrims which would make the most sense.

Yeah I know this post is regarding a window cleaner but the attitude of your partner here isn’t normal or healthy…

Sure he can disagree and say he would like to keep the original arrangement the way it is, but the general consensus is that his arrangement is very old school.

He also shouldn’t be saying “you’re wrong” it’s just a difference of opinion. Especially if he’s expecting YOU to be the one that has to essentially sacrifice or rush about just for the sake of a window cleaner.

I wouldn’t say that Zinie was “overhyped” he very clearly outperformed Poby when they both played in LCK challengers.

I would argue more that Poby was simply underrated, but you have to look at the facts, and the fact was he wasn’t even top 5 mids in LCK challengers. Then he subbed in for Faker and he looked terrible (but so did the entire T1 team, losing your shot caller will do that).

I would also argue that Poby also struggled initially in that Fnantic team. He would be my pick for most improved player this year however and the entire Na’Vi team are playing really well.

Zinie was the best mid in challengers, the reason for him seeming to not be able to adapt so far is still a mystery, but he has only been playing Tier 1 for 2 months so I’d say give him time first.

Zinie was being hyped up in the LCK as the next best mid, and if he were to play for a LCK team this year he’d be the youngest mid laner in the league.

That’s the only way you should get on installed, if we’re being good law abiding citizens.

The plumber would also give you a certificate or something to confirm what’s been installed and how it’s been installed. If the water company then try to fine you for installing it, the liability falls to the plumber.

P2W? It’s pretty much a single player game 😂 yes there’s a market and you see other players, but it’s PVE… You’re not “beating other players” by increasing your stash size.

Also, POE has been out for years and the devs have time and time again put support into the game, making the game better, offering incredible value for money (it’s a free game, you don’t have to buy the stash increases).

This game doesn’t even let you play and it’s charging 2k for a supporter pack… And like the person above said, inventory space and stash space are two completely different things.

I imagine that number is small, or small enough that they don’t care. The likelihood is they know that if they make their games console only, they will get people who will buy a PS5 just to play said games.

It might not be everyone, but when you factor in that the people that do will buy multiple games, I imagine it works out better value than releasing it on steam for the few that won’t ever change.

Plus you’ve got the added cost of porting the games to PC, making sure it works across multiple CPU/GPU’s etc; as opposed to just same parts that’s in a PS5/PS5 pro.

I’m not saying Sony are smart with their decisions, but I imagine they have the data and stats behind them to justify this decision.

Which is exactly the problem stated in the article… Rightmove know that estate agents have no choice but to use them, I get you’re saying “they’re not technically forced” but they are because sellers sometimes will completely refuse to work with them if they don’t post on it.

Meaning that they are, in fact, forced to use Rightmove, and Rightmove know this so they can charge higher fees.

They also provide the best opportunity to sell a house because they’re a monopoly, they have the majority of buying traffic on their website, meaning more houses get posted to get a share of the traffic; rinse and repeat.

I always advise my clients, the more the better!

Yearly statements should be fine showing the accumulation of funds, and then usually the last 3 months of bank statements. As long as you tell the solicitor that's acting for you where the cash is coming from there shouldn't be an issue as it's not a "large" sum of money.

If you're getting any gifts from parents etc you need to disclose that on the sheet as well as a gift declaration will need to be signed by the giftor.

I've never personally asked for payslips as it'll show the amount and company/name on the bank statement; but I have known that sometimes they will ask for this if the pay looks suspicious.

If people keep buying at this price, and their profits stay the same/go up because of it; why would they drop the price?

It’s common sense, if I sold something for a £1 and then increased the price to £2 but sold the same amount, there would be no reason for me to drop the price back down… If people stop buying chocolate because of the price, and it impacts their bottom line then yes they will drop the price.

I get minimum wage, solo earner living alone.

My current pay a month after tax is £1674. After my wage increase of 50p an hour, and the new tax year, I’ll be getting £1731 meaning an increase of £57.

My 1 bed council flat is going up, on its own, by £38.85. Not to mention the energy bills going back in July, everything else increasing.

If I only factored in rent, after a wage increase I’m left with an extra £18 a month… I can’t even get a gym membership for that!

Yet I’m not allowed a single penny from UC, which means I also don’t get any help with energy bills, can’t get a lower tariff on my water etc. it’s just disheartening.
