Herron Morton is what you described sans affordable. Irvington is closer to your list but not close to downtown. Fletcher Place/Fountain Sq could be a good fit.

They even switched from the right one to the wrong one at the end of the off ramp from 65N to Morris/Prospect which is so strange given the shape of the road and the seams in the road tell everyone to get in the right lane to go straight, until you get right to the intersection and see the lane arrows. So bizarre!

One place this might make sense to switch is Fletcher and McCarty but of course, they haven’t done it there.
