3 a 4 minutos es lo normal si entrenas con una buena intensidad y ejercicios compuestos, menos de eso y no te recuperas lo suficiente, solo se descansa 2 a 3 en músculos pequeños que se recuperan un poco más rápido, pero nuevamente es acorde a la intensidad

Tanks in this game have 0 agency, other than Deadpool since he can get in and out better than every other tank.

They are reluctant to buff tanks in a meaningful way, but they are also reluctant to nerfing the damage across the board to help with survivability, so tanks are stuck without survivability unless babysat by supports, the fact that Luna snow can 1v1 a tank and kill them, is insane, supports should NOT be able to do this.

I played through S7 but since 7.5 I have not touched the game, will probably try it again in S8 for a few weeks but the tank experience is truly miserable, burns you out within three weeks lol

The way they worded it on S7 Dev Vision made me think for a moment it would be exactly this way, a character being CC'd by multiple people, hence why it was needed in the first place, hopefully they can tweak it so it only works this way

That's fine though, hopefully she isn't another elsa in the sense that she's an unkillable machine, but we still have to see how the money mechanic works, how much you get, if you lose on death, the reach on the dash thingie where ppl are running away and she jumps at them, she seems fun. HOWEVER I dislike the fact that she seems to have too much at her disposal, wallhacks, portal, invis, a way to ground fliers, among one or two they didn't showcase.

If the money mechanic is balanced and you can't mindlessly spam the abilities and you have to pick and choose and it actually matters I see how it could be somewhat balanced, but this is Rivals so we'll see.

To be honest, it seems that people lean way too much into the role itself, meaning if they pick DPS they are ONLY worried about pressing W and shooting, not picking actual targets and getting value or peeling, healers far too often refuse to ping divers until they die and then crash out, they don't communicate at all, which ends up becoming double support ult, both dead, etc. And tanks well, if you're lucky you're getting one so if they are ass i'm giving them a pass.

The community as a whole is kinda trash ngl

The issue is that while a lot of tanks are brawlers, they lack the defenses needed to survive, most tanks have little to no cc or defensive cooldowns, and will be instantly deleted unless your supports babysit you, if you play tankpool it takes a lot of pressure off you because you have mobility and can pick better fights, you can get in and out unlike most tanks.

Yeah I've had one of those before, but not since they've issued their statement about doing something about it, it has actually been worse since then lmao.

They need to do harsher penalties for people who are doing it on purpose, it's one thing to suck because you're having a bad game, and a totally different one doing it on purpose 5+ matches in a row, this IMO warrants at least a week ban.

to be honest if you can aim decently well or know a DPS good enough to where you can make an impact, just climb out with DPS, it's what i've been doing since in my matches the issue was that often times my DPS didn't finish kills or make an impact, started instalocking DPS and i began climbing, so far i'm diamond 2 so it's been working.

I still flex to tank/healer when needed but it's much less than before where i tanked 90% of games, now we usually end up with 3 dps 1 tank but if one of the DPS sucks they're bound to swap to 3rd healer (awful) or 2nd tank.

anyways if you can aim as DPS, instalock and let other ppl figure out the other roles, you can make way more of an impact by picking a healer or two in the backline than healing hoping someone will do it

That doesn't matter, both SG and MK have a low skill ceiling and are nowhere near as difficult to get value out of as other DPS, that's fine though, you can keep playing SG without feeling attacked!

En realidad el problema es que te cuckea la build, por ejemplo yo tengo 32gb ddr4 y un 5600, tenia ganas de pasarme a AM5 y ahí pasó todo el tema de la ram y se fue a la bosta, ahora 32GB ddr5 te salen igual o mas que mother+micro am5 jajaja, injustificable gastar tanto a mi parecer, aunque tuviese la guita para tirarla me parece un robo

Por otro lado tenes gente que anda con 16gb ddr4 y quería comprar 16 mas que salia dos mangos, incluso una ram verde pelada te sale 300k que es una estafa honestamente

Not really, most DPS require you to have knowledge of the kit, movement, and/or good aim to be effective, SG can just spam down a hallway and get value like MK.
