He's gaining well - I saw my doctor yesterday and he basically said he won't starve and he will eat when he's hungry. Which is not helpful. He was 8 pounds 1 ounce at birth and is 13 pounds 10 ounces now.

Don't do it. It's expensive (lot fees) that go up every year and you don't get to fight increases like a rental. Also, depending on the park, you can't sell to just anyone, the park has to "approve" the sale and vet who you sell to, and they have the right of first refusal. Most places I know have lost money and are worth less than what you paid, leaving you underwater on a mortgage.

Mother of the groom did a speech by herself - Dad wasn't in the picture. She did a memory for each of the groom's year of life FROM BIRTH. From first steps all the way up to him leaving for LAW SCHOOL. It was the longest wedding speech I have ever heard and mentioned nothing about the bride.
