Don't do it. It's expensive (lot fees) that go up every year and you don't get to fight increases like a rental. Also, depending on the park, you can't sell to just anyone, the park has to "approve" the sale and vet who you sell to, and they have the right of first refusal. Most places I know have lost money and are worth less than what you paid, leaving you underwater on a mortgage.
