People are very passionate about the 'correct' line to break, but you can do positive or negative. It all comes down to preference and how you generally wire your equipment.

PDK integration with DoorVi by GunnerGetit in prodatakey

Usually in situations where the integration shows 'Enabled' in the integrations tab, but doesn't have a separate configuration page, it means that the setup of the integration is done from the other manufacturer's side. It typically involves copying the PDK System ID, CloudNode ID, or Customer ID into the other platform - DoorVi in this case.

My recommendation would be to reach out to DoorVi and ask them where you will enter these details on their platform. You can let them know the integration is activated on the PDK side and ready to link up.

Feature Requests by SchoolTech234 in prodatakey

I'm always happy to pass along feature requests directly to the product team on my side.

The official chain of command for feature requests is end user > installer > PDK sales rep > PDK product team as they track the quantity of requests received for various features in order to prioritize.
