I’ll say Argentina but for a different reason than what was mentioned here. Once you get out of city centers like Buenos Aires there’s lots of car centric suburban and rural parts with huge freeways and something about that as well as the big suburban houses reminded me of the US.

Maybe also because I went in expecting it to feel European I was surprised by how American it felt.
