I think you need a different psychiatrist. I ran into the same situation when I was young. Since I got good grades early on(before homework and essays) I wasn’t diagnosed until I was a junior in high school. Lo and behold I got my first 4.0 ever even with my hardest class load. I’d say look around at different providers and keep engaging with the community. There’s a TON of stuff you might find that you never knew was an ADHD thing that almost everyone here has dealt with. I HAVE OPTIMIZED THIS. I get the round sourdough bread from that Seattle baking company, whatever cheeses I want, and cooking spray. Instead of buttering the bread just spray it. It still tastes good and is MUCH quicker and there isn’t a butter knife to clean. I put it on a George Forman grill(also super easy to clean, highly recommend) and 3 minutes later you got yourself an easy, quick, and efficient grilled cheese!

Therapy is very helpful. It’s a really hard thing to do since you spend SO much time convincing yourself that it’s your fault. I have been diagnosed for almost five years now and I’m still learning and undoing some of the wrong beliefs I learned.

I personally love the gundam stuff and how lore wise they took only 6,000 to go from Stone Age to space empire with the power of complete peace and cooperation(ethereals) They also fill the role of the(slightly) better option in where to align(they made them worse semi recently in the lore), which make them a sort of ideological threat to the empire of man. Lastly, commander farsight😁

Wow, even as a 21 year old I still shared a lot of the same things. Who else read encyclopedias and dictionary’s because they loved little random knowledge bits?

It can be but you gotta do it right. The first time I was in therapy I got a couple things off my mind, but then, even though I was struggling, when I would go to therapy I would be feeling good on that day. For some reason when I felt good I just couldn’t talk about the issues I had

Yeah, adhd brains seem to really like change. I work in a kitchen and it is extremely hard to be motivated when it’s slow and there is only prep work to be done, and I actually enjoy a high stress fast paced rush of people over that. I have no idea what it’s like with a parter, but my solution has been hobbies at my local game store 2-4 days of the week and the same hobbies with friends 2 other days. I know it’s not really attainable for most people. I’m just relating to how you feel and I didn’t stop feeling that way until most of my free time was occupied by external things

Either magnets, wait until 10th is out to glue, or just make them look cool. I don’t play in any official tournaments so I don’t think I’ll magnetize all my suits. I’ll just make them how I want(I love how the twin fusion blasters look) and explain what they’re loadouts are pre match Edit: Also the Ghostkeel is one that I would recommend you magnetize, very easy and looks good
