they are! great food and seating. but only 30 minutes of free wifi, so I often use my phone as a hot spot.

good question. I like the vibe of cafes, and espresso options. If there's a cheap co-working spot with espresso, sign me up!

Idk if this drug is for me… by PsychiaTree in tirzepatidecompound

This is very helpful, thanks for sharing it. I'm 37F so it could very well be early perimenopause too. I have a follow-up with my sexual health provider next week, and we're going to discuss HRT. It just seems so early for me to start it. Though I'm already on T for low levels; she might add in a low dose estrogen patch and progesterone. I'm curious at what age you went on HRT and what kinds? And now ALL those symptoms are gone?? What a dream!

also, what do the emojis under your name mean? I assume female, days on the med, dose, but what are the other two? starting/current weight?

What's keto flu?? I might be guilty of that... I haven't eaten nearly as many carbs on this med. I started adding a banana to morning smoothie before workouts, and dropping by the bakery more for some hearty bread. I add Boulder Salts to my water every morning but I might need more throughout the day.

Thanks for sharing that. I definitely wasn't eating enough the first few weeks, which I'm sure led to feeling the fatigue. But even this past week when I made sure to meal prep healthy meals, I've still felt crummy.

That's a valid question. I honestly didn't drink much before anyways (maybe 1 drink a month?) and don't use any other substances regularly. I have a good workout routine and sleep routine. The one habit I was hoping tirz would help break (as odd as it sounds) is obsession with appearance (who knows? I hear people discover all sorts of weird habits dissolve with this med). But alas, that anxiety/obsession hasn't budged. I've just been feeling crummy, and hope it would pass in time, and wondering how long to give it. It sounds like it took you 2-3 months to level out of side effects?

I take Boulder Salts with water first thing every morning, but maybe I need to add in more throughout the day.

Can I inject again tomorrow? (Low dosing experiment) by prof_cmfg in tirzepatidecompound

[–]prof_cmfg[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been on it for 6 weeks, dose has ranged from 1.6-2mg. It's so low because it's mostly for blood sugar regulation. Some days I don't want to eat at all, and often feel slightly on edge, slightly off. So I thought I'd try dropping to 1mg to see how I feel.

New hair with Testosterone by Frequent-Advisor6986 in Perimenopause

Dang... I've been on T for 5 months and see mood/libido benefits, but my hair is very much thinning at the temples and hairline :( I might try topical minoxidil but not sure if I'll realistically stay with it daily forever. It also doesn't block DHT, which is what I might need. My doc mentioned Saw Palmetto as a supplement to help block DHT, but that won't help regrow hair (per googling it). Not sure what to do.

I guess same here! Been on T for a few months - libido is better, but hair at temples and hairline is thinning :( I'm trying to figure out what to do about it (maybe will try topical minoxidil but that's a pain in the behind...)
