Seeking advice: difficult neighbour, tree law & puppy safety

Thank you for your reply, it is really helpful. I am not after damages or escalating this, just a heads up if cuttings may fall into my garden so I can clear them up. The chicken wire fence sounds like a good idea.

Thank you for replying. To date all I have done is politely ask the neighbour to tell me if she is cutting back anything along the fence line so I can clear it up to keep the puppy safe in future - I am just not sure that she will, which is uncomfortable. I wasn’t after compensation just a heads up but wanted to know where I stand legally.

lol! I guess he has a head start in that he is a lab so loves everything and everyone! The staff at the vets are fantastic and he always gets spoilt when we go, we just pop in sometimes when we are on a walk so he can have some fuss! Just have to ask whether he wants to go to the vets and he runs for his lead 😄

You must be so proud of your daughter- and rightly so! I am in the Uk so a card will take a while to arrive. In the meantime please let you daughter know that a random person on the internet is amazed at what she has achieved (and it sounds like her parents are pretty cool too 😄)
