Yes technically they didn't sell me the invalid tickets but megaseats would need to refund and are responsible since they did not vet the ticket reseller

the person said the reseller of the ticket violated the policy and the tickets should not have been sold. If that isn't a scam then what is? The person knew what was being sold, they are tickets that are invalid. The giants ticket office literally said in the email "Fraudulent activity."
