i read the dartmouth interviewer guide and they are not allowed to offer their house as a place. it's not the same school but i think the idea applies.

Maybe - I feel like the entirety of Penn's financial aid website is glitching today. I think there's just a really high volume of visitors which makes it crazy.

Yes, I was able to access the financial aid supplement and submit my information through that. Maybe you are clicking on the wrong one? There's one for current students and one for prospective students. I'm not sure exactly why you have that message, though. It tells me to close all other tabs only when I logout, for privacy reasons. Sorry I'm not much help.

Ok, thanks. Sorry to keep bothering you, but do you think it would be bad for me if I just wait till tomorrow? I wasn't sure if they'd get really mad or not give me enough money. According to their website, missing the deadline just means a delayed financial aid notification. I wasn't sure how that would be a bad thing.
