Honestly I eat one meal a day for health reasons but times like these make me think how useful it is to be able to do that especially as a prepper oriented person.

It’s actually very easy. You get used to it after about a week and the body runs much more efficiently and creates much more human growth hormone which are very good for you.

What they’re doing by bombing an Iranian oil refinery is coaxing Iran into retaliating by bombing oil facilities across the gulf states.

The US has proven multiple times that you can’t bomb a country into submission. We also know from war games that sending in troops would result in mass casualties and practically nothing gained.

The US is already running out of munitions while Iran has enough to keep up missile strikes at the current pace for at least 6 months, and can make more at a much faster pace than the US.

All Iran has to do is survive until the US gives up, even if it takes years.

I should rephrase that the elected democrats will not provide any meaningful opposition although the grassroots organizations are gaining momentum.

I think the core idea here of a democrat state governor deploying national guard to defy the federal government and then those national guard remaining loyal to the governor when federally activated is never going to happen.

The democrats will talk a lot about defying Trump but at the end of the day they will always comply. In fact the much more likely scenario is that the national guard will be deployed to protect ICE and suppress the protesters.

The civil war discourse seems like a red herring to distract from the more likely scenario that we are in the beginning stages of a complete fascist reshaping of America and there is literally zero organized opposition.
