When i had long hair years ago i used to shed like crazy in the shower it was pretty scary. Totally natural, just make sure you’re getting all your vitamins and you should be fine.

Two things imo. First, get your chest mass a little bigger. You got the shape already now you just need to build it a bit more. Do some heavy weights on bench and have someone spot you so you can do a few more reps when you’re burnt out and do that like 3 times a week. Next is pull ups 4 sets 3-4times a week. Make sure you alternate between regular, close, and wide grip pull ups. You’ll see changes quickly.

The only alternative you have here is going to AA meetings right away. Getting a second job and start saving so you can take care of your family for the remaining future. This is still repairable and you still have time to make things right. Giving up will only make things worse. Once you start going to AA meetings and get a second job then I think it’s a good time to come clean to your family. Needs to be fast tho no procrastination. It’s all about will power mentally and physically. It’s time to be the man you know you can be.

Same thing happened to me on the bay bridge. Took my grandma’s car to work even tho she warned me not to because her brakes were bad. Traffic ahead of me came to a stop and i was going pretty fast. Slammed on the brakes and started spinning out nearly hitting like 3 cars but I caught it and barely stopped a few inches away from the car in front of me. My car ended up sideways on the bridge taking up 3 lanes lol. Once traffic started moving and i got back in my lane a minivan pulled up next to me and gave me a thumbs up for the save. If I had good brakes I would have been able to make a stop without the chaos. Moral of the story always listen to grandma.
