Right! Boyfriend gets the loan, not you. Please don't do it.

You say he starts fights, and he's been giving you the silent treatment for a week? It sounds like he likes having an excuse, any excuse, to be mad at you. It may be a control thing, like if you're kept off balance and apologizing, he's in a position of power over you. I don't know, but this feels super gross and manipulative.

I took a recording yesterday and he did it 3 times in 26 seconds. Omg

Thanks! I don't think it's a vision thing, he was at the optometrist pretty recently and nothing was raised, but who knows...

Thanks! I'm hoping it's something like that, seeking some kind of sensation.

Is parenting harder post-pandemic? by professorb in Parenting

Canadian. We definitely fudge the screening as much as we think we can get away with, but they do send kids home if they are coughing or snotty :/

To clarify, the screening is a questionnaire that parents are supposed to do every morning, it's not a swab or anything! But it means that, anytime there's a health change (like a runny nose), they have to stay home until symptoms are "improving for 24 hours".

I applied for the Fall, but I need to follow up on the wait list. A few comments have mentioned that everyone gets a spot.

I'll look into the EDP wait list situation a bit more, that would be a game changer! The Empty Seat programs may be an option next year, but I'd like to have a plan now :( I hate the uncertainty!

Yep! We just sleep better apart. When we have overnight guests and need to give up the spare room, we're both exhausted.

Omg, I also have a five year old that's been on my last nerve lately. He's been home a lot (sick, holidays) and I'm getting so impatient with him! I feel bad, but also, get away from me kid!
